Birthday Bash Challenge

Hello dear bloggers!

Wow! How incredible to celebrate three years of Papertrey Ink fun! I have been so blessed to be a part of this super talented team and I am thrilled to shared new stamp designs with you in 2010.

A little bit about me...

-- I am a hybrid scrapbooker and stamper. I have also worked in the world of graphic design for several years so I am constantly fascinated by new trends in the industry. I love all things grunge and fancy, and if there's a way to combine the two styles then I am in craft Heaven! :)

-- I have a fabulous family whom I adore and tend to be the subject matter of my projects. My two year old son keeps me laughing and singing all day long. My husband melts my heart and still pulls me in to dance in the kitchen while we cook. My parents, in-laws, and siblings are a constant support and I am always grateful to God for the relationships I have with them. Whether putting together a scrapbook page or making cards or crafty projects, my family is a constant inspiration in my life.

SO.... I bet you want to see some fun and fresh Birthday designs?!

-- I must say that I am a huge critic when it comes to Birthday illustrations and I often find myself bored with the options out there. These were some fun things I threw together this afternoon and it definitely made me want to dive into a Birthday Stamp Set in the future with PTI.

OK, so I couldn't decide on just one design. Here are some fun cards I made using these designs.

This card was a lot of fun because I simply picked a pattern pattern paper I liked and printed the background writing on the paper. It's a nice change from white or a plain colored cardstock. HINT: This card gives a little preview for the feel of one of my future stamp sets!

This next card features a super fun stamp set from Close to My Heart that has all different stamps to build your own cake and candles. I love it! The sentiment I gave you is in two sizes. I always love sentiments bigger and bolder. The big option is fun, but you can also use the smaller one as pictured in my sample project with a 1.5 inch circle punch. This is also makes life easy if you want to make a bunch of cards at once.

  6. Cool graphics, and different from what you usually see!

I see from a previous comment that there was a problem with the link but has been fixed...but now when I get to Scribd, it requires a login or sign up for an account to get the graphic. =(

  7. Cool graphics - I have signed up with scribd but when I log in and try to download it tells me "private document - valid secret password required"

    Any help appreciated.

  8. Thank you for the very, very elegant graphic!

  12. Hi Ladies, I changed the file for the upload to a public document SO I believe you should NOT have to sign up with SCRIBD to view and print. Thanks so much for extending grace as my learning curve is not quite what I hope it to be. :)

Have fun making cute stuff... can't wait to see your creations!

  13. Thanks so much for the free stamp! Congrats on designing for PT! My favorite stamp set is the everyday buttons and bits. I just love buttons and those sayings so it's a match made in heaven for me!

  15. Wow, wow, wow! Thank you so much!!!

  16. Thanks for the cute images - truly adorable but scribD still wants me to create an account to get it - I really don't want to do that so is there another way to get the graphic? Can you email it to me at stampinpam at Thanks so much.

  17. Thank you for the generous download you offered and samples of your cards. My fav 2009 stamp is the Winter Swirls. I love all of your work.

  18. I really like the script greeting! And you gave us a teaser that there is more to come like this!
Scribd still wants you to log in to download the graphic. I too would prefer not to do that. Is there another way to download the graphic?

  19. Still can't get the file to download. Any tips?
