Tickled Pink Card Set

Looking for Something bright and cheery? Close to My Heart's Tickled Pink kit was just the ticket! The challenge: I wanted to make a set of cards for my aunt. For spring break, my aunt and uncle let us stay in their cabin in the mountains for the week. It was an AMAZING vacation. We got about 20 inches of snow. The cabin is airy and bright, surrounded with windows that give a truly breath-taking view of the mountains. We had family dinners, took long naps, played in the snow, watched movies, and well, that's just about it! Lots of laughter and relaxing.

SO, part of my thank you gift included this card set for my aunt.

Of course, I am sure you notice my trademark tools! Cuttlebug dots on PTI's Ripe Avocado cardstock which coordinated nicely with the paper packs. PTI's large scallop border on the bottom is always a nice finishing touch. My SLICE cut out the sentiments with the "Words and Expressions" cartridge.

The flower and leaves embellishment was a die but from the Tickled Pink pack. I inked around the edges of the flower and leaves. Then I thought it would be nice to stamp a simple flourish on the flower to make it more interesting. The snippet of PTI Spring Moss ribbon and rhinestone also finished it off nicely. :)

I hope these cards add a touch of spring to your day!
Nothing but Grace,
Tiffany
